Everyone loves a good gallery wrapped canvas. They’re a timeless choice when deciding how to print your photos. Take a look at this big ole beauty I got last week for our living room:
In our new house, we have 12 foot ceilings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. So, I knew I needed something big to fill the space. Prints used to be my go-to, but I’ve definitely been converted to canvases for statement pieces. This thing fills our wall so well. I just love looking at it. I ordered a 24×36, but definitely could have gone up a size if I wanted to(I should listen to my own advice, right?).
Canvases do stand out from the wall more than a traditional framed photo or fabric wall cling, but that’s what makes them great statement pieces. They also don’t require a frame, so you don’t have to shop around for one to fit a large size, or to match your decor. Canvases will match any furniture you get 😉
There’s also some up close texture to canvases. Looking at them from a distance, you can’t necessarily see it. But if you get really close, you can see the texture nicely. It doesn’t distort the clarity of the image though, by some kind of crazy magical power. Just pure gorgeousness.
Canvases are definitely a great option if you’re looking to fill a wall with one photo, or even a few! Canvas gallery walls are a simple, elegant way to display your photos for a long time. If you’re interested in ordering a canvas, please contact me and I’ll give you the hook-up!
