Miss A’s Birthday Party | Part 1

Living several states away from family always makes birthdays and holidays interesting. Since Miss A and I will be away from her daddy for her birthday this year, we decided to throw a birthday party early so he could be part of the celebration. Even though we’re having another party while we’re in Michigan, I know that this one was one for the books.

Miss A’s most recent obsession is Sofia the First, so what better way to celebrate her birthday than a princess party? This mama went all out, complete with tiara, jewelry, and tutu. She loved it! It was so fun watching her run around acting like a princess all afternoon. Here’s a little peek into our fun:

Sofia the first Birthday PartyShe may not have been the most cooperative princess, but she’s still a cute one 😉 We attempted a mini-shoot in her outfit before the party, but she was far more interested in watching Sofia and acting like a princess inside.

Sofia the first two-year-old partyPresents are always my favorite part of celebrating with her. She got bathtub crayons, some milk and juice for her babies, and a Sofia backpack stocked full of Sofia merchandise: a puzzle book, nightgown, and a travel entertainment kit. I know that they’ll all be a big hit for our trip to Michigan.

Cake time is always fun too. Miss A was so excited about blowing out her candles, I actually missed the first attempt. We barely had the candles lit before she blew them out. I was surprised by how much wind power can come from such a small little girl.

At the end of the day, we had one tired princess. I’m so glad that she had as much fun as she did. I can’t wait for her big princess bash in a few weeks. I truly love having a girl.

God Bless ♥ Victoria
